TC5600 Multi-Cavity Hot Runner Temperature Controller
Overview
- Multi-cavity HRTC controls dozens of temperature zones at once, saving space and equipment. It's ideal for large, high-precision production, boosting yield, efficiency, and product consistency.
- TC5600 uses a stackable, modular design. Faulty zones and issues can be quickly identified, and modules easily replaced to resume production.
Leakage Detection: Predicts potential mold leakage and provides early warnings.
- Monitors abnormal increases in the power consumption of all heaters in the mold over time and provides early warnings of leaks, significantly reducing repair costs and downtime.
Mold Recognition: Quickly retrieves mold parameters to speed up setup.
- When changing molds, the system can automatically identify the mold and retrieve the corresponding parameters from the system's mold files, allowing the operator to select and load them.
Aging Function: Monitors heater wear and aging condition.
- Calculates the heater's aging degree based on its current consumption and displays it as a percentage.
Mold Viewer: Real-time display of mold and heater configurations to boost anomaly detection efficiency.
- Intuitive visualization of mold structure and temperature distribution enables fast, precise adjustments for efficient troubleshooting.
